How does AthleteX Series work?

You must first create an account with a valid email address. You can then access the card creation tool to create your personalized card with your info and photo in 3 simple steps.

Do I need to manually enter my race times?

No. We retrieve your data that is accessible online using your first and last name. Location, category, times, partners, everything that is published online and necessary for the creation of your card is retrieved and displayed in real time on your card.

How do I create a card?

The card creation tool consists of 3 steps: 1 - Enter your first and last name to find the events you participated in. Select the event you want to highlight and upload the associated photo. 2 - Select a card style and view a real-time preview of your card in that style, with your data and photo. 3 - Make final adjustments by selecting a card format from the 3 offered. If you select the station format, you must choose the relevant station. In the case of a duo, you can define which athlete you want to display first on the card. Don't forget to frame your photo by moving and zooming it if necessary. You can do this in steps 2 and 3. Once you are satisfied with the result, add the card to your cart and choose to make another one or proceed to payment.

What's included when I order?

For each created card, you receive a physical version and a digital version.

• Physical version possesses same caracteristics as sport trading cards from biggest brands: rigid paper 63 x 88mm, 350g / M2, squared angles, glowy face.
• Digital version is available in your personal space onligne, et you can easily share it on social media.
• Digital version is composed with 2 HQ pictures, one for the front and one for the back of your card, and a animated video of you card rotating on itself.
• A unique QR code (printed on the back) that links to your digital card online

I created my card, then I paid for it. What's next ?

Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed under one or two days. You can then find the digital version of your card in your dashboard, tab "Collection". Click on a card to access it. In parallel, printing house is taking care of the printing of your card then send it to us so we can proceed to a little check. It can take from 3 to 5 days. Finally, we pack your card and send it to you. So you receive your order 6 to 8 days after you paid it.

How long should I wait before getting my card?

Digital version of your card is available between 24 to 48h. To get the physical version of your card, you will need more patience. We want to offer you the best quality well printed and packed. Count 8 to 10 days after you paid your card.

Can I create a card for someone else?

Yes! You want to make a gift to a frien, offering him a personnalised card? Go on!!! Type his names, upload his photo and create one or more cards to put in its collection!

Where does my performance data come from?

We retrieve data from publicly available event leaderboards. This includes rankings, times, and splits that are already visible to anyone online.

Is AthleteX Series official or affiliated with event organizers?

No. We are an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any event organizer or competition brand. Event names and data are used strictly for identification purposes.

What if my data is wrong?

Performance data accuracy depends on the original source. If you spot an error, you can report it through your account. We'll investigate and correct if possible, but we cannot guarantee corrections for data originating from third-party sources.

What do you do with my photo?

Your photo is used solely to personalize your card. We store it securely to generate your physical and digital versions. We never use your image for marketing or sell it to third parties. You retain full ownership.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. In accordance with the GDPR, you can request the complete deletion of your account at any time from the "Security" tab on the "My account" page.

How long does delivery take?

The digital version of your card will be available within 24 to 48 hours. To receive the physical version of your card, you will need a little more patience. We want to offer you a quality product, which is why you will have to wait 8 to 10 working days before you can unwrap your treasure!

Where do you ship?

For now, we only deliver within France. But we plan to expand our deliveries as soon as possible!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are fixed for now: 2 euros. But they are free if you order more than 4 cards at once!

Can I track my order?

You can check your order status in your Dashboard.

How long will my digital card be available?

Your digital card remains accessible as long as the AthleteX Series service is active. We cannot guarantee permanent availability if the service is discontinued in the future.

What does the QR code do?

The QR code on the back of your physical card links to a public page showing your digital card. Anyone who scans it can view your card, but your personal information (email, account details) remains private.

Can I share my digital card on social media?

Absolutely. Your digital card page includes sharing buttons for major social platforms. You can also copy the direct link and share it anywhere.

Can I download my digital card?

Once paid, your card belongs to you. As soon as we have loaded your digital card, you can download the image of the front, the image of the back, as well as a video animation of the card spinning on itself.
